Our support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM East Africa Time. For emergency technical issues outside these hours, please email support@nyumbapro.co.ke and we'll respond as soon as possible.

How do I schedule a demo?

You can schedule a personalized demo by filling out the contact form above and selecting "Sales Inquiry" as the subject. Alternatively, you can email sales@nyumbapro.co.ke with your preferred date and time. Demos typically last 30-45 minutes and can be conducted online or in-person.

Is mobile app support available?

Yes! We have dedicated mobile app support. For iOS and Android app issues, email mobile-support@nyumbapro.co.ke or select "Mobile App Support" in the contact form. We also have video tutorials and FAQ sections specifically for mobile app users.

Do you offer training for new users?

Yes! We provide comprehensive onboarding and training for all new customers. This includes video tutorials, live training sessions, and detailed documentation. For Business and Enterprise plans, we offer personalized training sessions tailored to your specific needs.

Can I integrate NyumbaPro with my existing systems?

Is there a setup fee?

No, there are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee. All plans include a 14-day free trial so you can test the platform before committing.
